General therapy sessions are £60 per hour, with a reduction of 10% offered if 6 sessions are paid for up front.
I have an inviting, comfortable home practice, and offer sessions effectively via zoom or face to face for clients across the world.

Most people need 8-12 sessions, depending upon how quickly they choose to make their changes happen.
Smoking cessation takes just ONE session and help with Fears and Phobias takes 4 sessions.
